My job is to be a sounding board; to listen, to offer a different perspective, to clear that path that then allows you to find answers, clarity and ease. Those answers ARE within you.

You may have stifled, ignored or dismissed the little voice inside but it is there waiting to be uncovered. 


PRIVATE sessions

One-on-one sessions start with an intake and discuss reasons for seeking therapeutic-based yoga and goals for working together. Based on the information shared, if appropriate for the issue, I will do a physical assessment. Based on the assessment and our time together, I will offer postures, breath work and/or meditation to create a time friendly, individualized home practice. While honoring and being aware of the connection of body, mind and spirit, our work together will be uncovering and discovering the root of the problem, limitation or concern so you can get back to what is meaningful to you.

Therapeutic-based yoga, with its many facets and teachings, is client centered and can support in creating change in your life's experience. In a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment, we can work together to address:

  • Physical Injury/Concerns

  • Increasing Mobility/Flexibility

  • Stress & Anxiety

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Substance / Processes Recovery

  • Grief & Life Transition


Meditate with me

Join me on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 7am for guided meditation.
This is a FREE group on Facebook and all sessions are recorded, so you can join me LIVE or at your convenience.

The idea is that we CREATE a PRACTICE.
That is really a fancy way of saying: “starting a new habit”.

The Path™ is a weekly observance and practice of radical self-care. (Radical because the person we are showing up for is ourselves.)

We create sacred space for introspection, stillness, connection, growth and self-discovery. We show up; amidst life’s tornadoes, when we are too busy and especially when we don’t want to.

We do this not just for ourselves but each other. Your pain is our pain.  Your joy is our joy.  Your healing is our healing. 

When we practice authenticity, awareness, honesty and vulnerability, it gives others permission to do the same. We do it together.

Practice yoga, enjoy meditations and dive deep into self discovery exercises; all from the comfort of your own home  *and* when it is convenient for you. Your monthly membership is LESS than one drop - in class at your local studio (including Gather Movement & Wellness).
Your membership includes one live gathering per month as well as a library of Jen's recorded themed classes. 
You will also have the option of being added to a private Facebook Group where you can connect with Jen and ask questions regarding the classes you have taken, make suggestion for topics that you would like to have addressed and connect with others.

Self care is not selfish. Take time for yourself on the mat so that you can be the best version of yourself off the mat.
